By using RipplePost, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
RipplePost provides a social media scheduling and cross-posting platform. You may use the service to schedule and publish content to social media platforms you own or have authorisation to post on.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to: use the service to post spam, illegal content, or content that violates platform terms of service; attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures; use the service for any unlawful purpose; resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using RipplePost, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party social media API outages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings. On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipplePost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
