You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by RipplePost. This page explains what data we store, what gets deleted, and how to submit a request.
Your account, posts, media, connected social accounts, and all associated personal data.
We process all deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
We confirm your identity before deleting to protect your account from third-party requests.
Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently delete: • Your account profile (name, email address) • All scheduled and published post records • All media files stored in your library • Connected social account OAuth tokens • Team memberships and team data (if you are the sole owner) • Billing history references (note: Stripe retains transaction records per their legal obligations) • Usage logs and analytics data associated with your account
We may retain certain data after deletion for limited purposes: • Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you • Records required by law (e.g. invoices for tax compliance — these are held by Stripe, not RipplePost directly) • Abuse or fraud prevention records if your account was flagged Any retained data is held for the minimum period required by applicable law.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app: 1. Sign in to your RipplePost account 2. Go to Settings → Account 3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account" 4. Confirm your decision This immediately disconnects all social accounts and begins the deletion process. Your data will be fully purged within 30 days.
Deleting your RipplePost account removes our access to your social platforms but does NOT delete content already published on those platforms. To remove published content, you must do so directly within each social media platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). OAuth tokens we hold are deleted immediately when you disconnect an account or delete your RipplePost account.
Email us from the address associated with your account. Include your full name and the email address you signed up with. We will respond within 5 business days to verify your identity.
